QUANG NINH, 25 July 2013: Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Vietnam signed an agreement, last week, with Luang Prabang Department of Information, Culture and Tourism to co-develop tourism products and boost travel between the two popular destinations.
Apart from sharing information, they will jointly introduce tours that link the two destinations and support staff training and exchange technical knowledge in tourism management.
The agreement signed 17 July will extend for five years.
