What You’ll Get

Take this 12-day/11-night tour through the culture, history and natural wonders of Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia.

Highlights

Start off your exploration of the beautiful Indochina region from one of its loveliest colonial cities, Hanoi. At the Vietnamese capital, you will experience a traditional Cyclo ride through its most picturesque areas before visiting some of the city’s important landmarks and watching a Water Puppet Show.

You will also get to discover the rural life surrounding the Red River Delta in the ancient village of Duong Lam where you can enjoy some local tea at Viet Nam’s oldest Tea House.

Your atmospheric journey through Viet Nam continues in Halong Bay with an overnight cruise that takes you to a secluded cave, a white sandy beach, a fishing village, and some fascinating rock formations. Watch the sun rise over the bay from the deck of your boat – quite a sight to behold.

You’ll then fly to Laos, where the ancient city of Luang Prabang will charm you to no end. Visit the elegant Wat Xiengthong, Wat Phabat Tai, the Hmong market, and Phousi Hill where you can take in a panoramic view of the town.

You’ll also get to enjoy an excursion out of the city and into different rural Lao villages with side trips to rivers, caves, and the spectacular Kuangsi Waterfall where you’ll be served your picnic lunch.

From one beautiful ancient city to the next: head off to Siem Reap, where you’ll spend two days exploring the many centuries-old temples within the Angkor complex: Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Banteay Srei, and the ruined ancient capital of Angkor Thom.

You’ll also get to watch the bucolic scenery around Tonle Sap, the biggest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, as you take a boat trip to a floating village. You’ll end your trip back in Siem Reap, where you can take a stroll along Pub Street and Old Market for some local food, souvenirs, and people watching.
