During the Pati Ka Du’a Bapu Ata Mata the “Lionese” present offerings of various kinds of food for the ancestors, Konde and Ratu. The ritual expresses gratitude for the past year through prayers and asks for blessings, prosperity, health, and good life for the coming year.
