Brunei Darussalam | ELIGIBLE LIST OF COUNTRIES Starting Friday, 6th May 2022, Brunei will no longer apply Travel Green List and non-Travel Green List countries for inbound travels. ENTRY TRAVEL REQUIREMENT FOR VACCINATED TRAVELLERS (i) Non-essential entry travel into Brunei Darussalam via air is permitted for those who have completed their COVID-19 vaccinations from any country without Entry Travel Pass (ETP) applications; (ii) The definition for full vaccination is amended from only having two (2) doses of COVID-19 vaccine to having a booster dose or if booster dose is not yet received, individuals without a booster dose are required to have two (2) doses of COVID-19 vaccinations, of which the second dose has to be obtained not more than three (3) months prior to date of entry into the country; (iii) Removal of categorization of TGL and non-TGL countries; (iv) The difference in health protocols for those entering the country is based on their vaccination status only, whereby the health protocols for those who are not fully vaccinated are the same as those who have arrived from non-TGL countries; TRAVEL INSURANCE (IF REQUIRED) Minimum coverage of BND 50,000 (est USD 37,000) QUARANTINE REQUIREMENT (IF REQUIRED) 1. Self-isolation is no longer required if the ART results are negative. TEST PRE-ARRIVAL / POST-ARRIVAL (i) Fully-vaccinated individuals who are entering the country are required to perform ART three (3) times after their arrival in the country, that is, on day of arrival (D1), day two and day three. This means that undergoing RT-PCR test upon arrival and self-isolation are no longer required, only if the ART results are negative. A $40 charge will be imposed for the three (3) ART kits. (ii) Individuals who are not yet fully-vaccinated are only permitted to enter the country if they can verify that they are medically exempted from receiving COVID-19 vaccinations, and are required to undergo ART upon arrival and RT-PCR test on the third day after arrival. Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force Number 15 of 2022 concerning Health Protocol for International Travel during the COVID-19 Pandemic: All foreign travelers (foreign nationals) who will enter the territory of the Republic of Indonesia shall adjust their travel documents to ensure compliance with the provisions regarding the foreign travelers allowed to enter the territory of Indonesia, which includes: vaccination certificates, RT-PCR examination provisions, quarantine period, and the use of PeduliLindungi application. 2. Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose in Bali can be issued with the following requirements: a. Passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months; b. A return ticket or a pass to continue the trip to another country; c. Other documents required are in accordance with the provisions of the Circular Letter of the COVID-19 Task Force. 3. Visa Exemption or Visa on Arrival for Leisure Purpose in the areas of Bintan and Batam can be granted with following requirements: a. Passport that is still valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months; b. A return ticket or a one-way ticket to continue the trip to another country; c. Proof of ownership of health insurance; d. Proof of accommodation confirmation; e. Permanent Resident Singapore, except for Singapore nationals. TRAVEL INSURANCE (IF REQUIRED) USD 25,000 QUARANTINE REQUIREMENT (IF REQUIRED) 1. No need for quarantine for those who have received the complete dose of vaccine at least 14 days before the departure time 2. Quarantine period of 5 x 24 hours for those who have not been vaccinated or received the complete dose of vaccine. 3. Foreign travelers under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and/or require special protection can follow the quarantine period provisions imposed on their parents or caregivers. TEST PRE-ARRIVAL / POST-ARRIVAL RT-PCR 1. Foreign travelers must show a negative RT-PCR test result in the country or region of origin which samples were taken within a maximum period of 2 x 24 hours before the departure time 2. RT-PCR re-examination must be carried out to foreign travelers who entered the territory of the Republic of Indonesia upon arrival. If the results of the RT-PCR show a positive then the following steps must be taken: a. For those who are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms, shall be isolated in a hotel or centralized isolation facility at the expense at the expense of being borne entirely by the foreign national. b. For those who show moderate or severe symptoms, and/or with uncontrolled comorbidities, shall be isolated in a COVID-19 referral hospital at the expense of being borne entirely by foreign nationals.
