Their Country Club Spa welcomes those in search of some R&R. At Bayu Permai Wellness Spa, treat yourself to a variety of therapies that’ll be personalized to your needs. You can choose from traditional massages, such as the Malay Heritage Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Ventosa (Cupping). You’ll discover Bayu Permai Wellness Spa in Tutong, one of the nation’s four districts. Travelers will be delighted to know that it’s a quiet and laidback destination compared to the busy capital of Bandar Seri Begawan. Like much of Brunei, Tutong prides itself on its pristine natural surroundings. That even includes its remarkable sand, which is said to be so white that locals will throw it in the air pretending that it’s snow.

However, you’ll be thrilled to know that it also boasts a wide array of luxurious resorts and spas. Bayon

If you’re seeking serenity and happiness, look no further. Bayon is a 12th-century temple that quite literally features 216 smiling faces. Nestled in the balmy jungles of Angkor Thom, this grandiose structure was a symbol of power for Mahayana Buddhist King Jayavarman VII. Over time, its facades were altered by the Hindu and Theravada Buddhist kings that followed. Thus, this architectural achievement speaks to Cambodia’s rich multicultural history.

To feel the pure energy of Bayon, you have to see if to believe it. Contrasting from the classic beauty of the Angkor Wat temples, Bayon is said to be a more Baroque style of Khmer architecture. Its heavily ornate appearance is the reason why it’s best seen up close. That way, travelers can walk through its mesmerizing entrance, gaze upon its intricate detailing, and experience it’s both serene and powerful ambiance.
